A library of books says so much about someone, just like your news feed and who you follow on social media.
If you were to pass your phone to someone to see your feed, how would that make you feel?
Excited to share what you see, or feelings of insecurity and shame?
Please remember you always have a choice in all that you do, see, read and who you follow.
Does it help you grow or hold you back?
It’s a good way to ‘check in with yourself’. Teaching your self awareness, awareness of ones self, it is such an automatic behaviour, this checking our phones business (for most an average of 150 times per day)! 📱 📱
But what are we checking in on? Does it reflect on how you’re feeling and your own behaviours in a negative way? 💡 💡
Time to do a cleanse, a clean out, a spring clean in the days leading up to our Full moon on Friday. 📚 📚 .
