We used Espolon Tequila and Del Maguey Mezcal. The 100% Tobala was a great complement to the chard pineapple and added a hint of mango and cinnamon. Thanks to @willcookforfriends for the inspiration. 1 oz jalapeno tequila (soak a few slices of jalapenos in tequila for 24 hr) 2 oz mezcal .5 oz triple sec 3 TBSP fresh lime juice 3 TBSP honey 8 oz pineapple juice 1 inch grilled pineapple ring
Blend the pineapple ring with the pineapple juice. Pour all ingredients over ice in your shaker and shake away. Pour over ice and share, it makes 2.
