10 rounds total, rep count is on a descending ladder, take away 1 rep each new round.
Goal - finish as quickly as possible!
The ugly (pic 2) - long time client, a total monster on the rowing machine, had constant problems with his monitor. We even had other trainers come in to help! He persevered though and we finished together in 41 minutes.
