Exercising and running has helped me in so many ways- although it has been mentally tough getting back into the swing of things, knowing Nicole would be proud has helped SO much.
Having Epilepsy doesn’t define me- and i can do anything i put my mind too.
Fueling with ketones help too. Typically i would be so sore the next day after a long run, but not today. I didn’t need to ice or heat my hips (tendinitis) — and for that, i am grateful to have found @Pruvit when i did. Inflammation be gone!
