Been loving make-ahead Breakfast Parfaits recently!!!! For this bad boy: in a small bowl, whisk 2 oz vanilla yogurt, 1/3 cup milk of choice, 2 tsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp instant oats, 1 scoop spirulina, pinch cinnamon, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and 1 drop stevia or sweetener to taste. Allow to thicken 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then layer in a Mason jar: fresh or frozen organic blueberries, 1/2 @theyesbar or a handful of granola, chia/yogurt mixture, spoonful almond butter, more blueberries & the rest of your bar or more granola!!! Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!!!!
