Ok, I'm gonna be honest. I've been skipping it for a long time since I really wanted to focus on running.
But let's get back to it! Trained the legs twice already this week and I think I'll stick to two sessions per week. It's so important to improve the overall fitness level. (And for the abs, and for the cardio, and for the head and the MIND.. and for EVERYTHING' 🏋🏼🏋🏼🏋🏼)
But the soreness after legday challenges everything.... 🙄😁
