What caught my eye on this specific labeling by @kikoko_hq is that it reminded me of walking into a Teavana at the mall. Very bright, and it reminded me of a higher quality product that I would purchase as a gift for my aunt or step mom. But PLEASE Don’t get that twisted. To me, it’s branded perfectly. @kikoko_hq started after the founders friend was diagnosed with cancer. @kikoko_hq was built on her behalf. I woke up and started my day with @kikoko_hq Positivi-tea. (Did I mention, I’m a sucker for puns!) It was smooth, and relaxing, just as all my favorite teas make me feel. Within the next 45 minutes I was feeling the effects. At first my high came on slow, and then BAM the buzz struck. One bag packed a pretty decent punch to my high. I wasn’t high to the point where I was stoned, but I was floating high in my apartment. I ended up going to town on cleaning my entire house. They nailed the taste of their product! There’s no taste of weed AT ALL. It tasted EXACTLY like a mild, mint and green tea. Knowing that cancer patients have a hard time stomaching food must have been a huge factor in their flavor profile and final product. They perfected something with the right balance of flavor and scent, and in this case, something healing to your mind, body, and soul. All of @kikoko_hq teas are organic and free from pesticides and toxins. They are also completely recyclable. Which make for one very sustainable company. They are Bay Area based (Yee Yee!!) and their flower comes from the beautiful county of Mendocino. I really enjoyed their product, but what added a very special touch was their website. I was able to feel connected to the founder’s passions and beliefs through their information given on the website. They are highly driven by proper dosing and the use of cannabinoids. They also preach the message of terpenes, but because of the extraction process, most of the terpenes found in their teas are from the other ingredients and flowers in their teas. I can’t wait to try the rest! Everything about your company is obviously made with love.
