Try this out!! It buuuuuurns 🔥🔥 take 2 Dumbbells and push them together as hard has you can and do like 20 reps of pressing that while keeping them together...your upper chest will cry lol 😂😂

Even tho It was my first time back from my deload I felt the urge to move some weight 💪🏼💪🏼 either way, I hit 405lb for a 5x5...honestly, even tho it didn't look as pretty as I would've liked but it moved 💪🏼💪🏼 just have to keep progressing! ------------------

Yep, I tried switching the other day!! 💪🏼💪🏼 honestly it felt sooooo much better and more controlled than my high bar 😅😅 -----------------
My feet were more straight then pushed out and I was able to hit the hole pretty well and I felt way more powerful...I have my final 4 weeks of my program starting this week and I might try to stick with Low Bar for the final four to see how it compares! #EnterTRAINment🦁

Worked on a lot of technical stuff last night!! 💪🏼💪🏼 -----------------
I worked with TJ and one of his friends to help me work on my squat form and power. I was told to start doing split squats with my front foot elevated to stretch the hip and allow me to get deeper. I was also told to lean forward a bit to help me push through my quad and help build those up as well!! 💪🏼💪🏼 after a few sets my legs were on fire 🔥🔥 buuuut I can start up going heavy again on Monday!! Can't wait!! #EnterTRAINment🦁

I was going to do block presses, 🤔but my guy @tmozzarella14 recommended I do "iso-metric pause bench press" 💪🏼💪🏼

The point of doing these pauses is to add more time under tension for the muscle, allowing the muscle to "actively pause" rather than resting it on your chest. This makes you have to really control the motion and build up the stabilizer muscles! 💪🏼💪🏼

My deload is almost over which means I'll be back to full training in a couple of days! Prepping for the homestretch on this program! #EnterTRAINment🦁

The results are in from one of our recently-concluded #EnterTrainment programs, our #Persuasion and Handling #Objections #Training for our client, Makati Ford, Ford Cainta, and Ford Edsa Greenhills from June 6th to 7th.

Out of 18 people who evaluated us on the 2nd day, an overwhelming 15 people gave us a perfect overall rating of 1 (Excellent) and only 3 people gave us a not-so-bad overall rating of 2 (Very Good). Most importantly, nobody gave us an only Good or worse, Poor rating.

So here's what I did post-455 the other day...😅😅 I was forced to deload so I pulled a light 5x5 with 275. Felt good, can't wait to get back to full workout mode for the last 4 weeks of the program!! 💪🏼💪🏼 #EnterTRAINment🦁

So I made it to Long Island! 😄Staying with @tmozzarella14 for the next few days and here's my first lift of the week here 💪🏼💪🏼
Ended up hitting a 5x5 with 225, felt a little heavier than usual due to the CNS overload from last week 😅 but I got through it! Back on the grind for the rest of the week and then camp starts soon #EnterTRAINment🦁
