Melissa Northcott

Melissa Northcott has been advocating for the rights of people with disability for over ten years. Currently working with the Disability Services Commission, Melissa is also a Count Me In Ambassador, and serves on the Main Roads Customer Advisory Council, Perth Disability Access Group, Armadale Disability Access Inclusion Reference Group and the Royal Commonwealth Society.

Ryan Morich
Ryan Morich is a wheelchair basketballer who, in 2013, co-founded the Red Dust Heelers National Wheelchair Basketball League team, as well as the Wheeling and Healing Program. Ryan is currently serving as the Captain of the Red Dust Healers, and was also selected as Australia’s NAIDOC Sports Star of the Year in 2015.

Tash Dale
Tash Dale is an advocate and leader in the child protection and out-of-home care having experienced the state care system first hand after suffering abuse and neglect at the hands of her parents.

Tash now works in a variety of roles where she offers insight into a child’s experience within state care, and advocates for the best interests of the child.

Shelley Cable
Shelley is a proud Noongar woman from Perth, who is working to unleash the potential of Aboriginal people through economic empowerment and entrepreneurship.
In 2011, Shelley won the Rob Riley Memorial Award for being the highest achieving Aboriginal student in Western Australia, and received Curtin University’s most prestigious undergraduate scholarship in 2012.
