90 mins of boxing with @sofiaolofssonmt 👊🏼⭐️. @smorbaron made us focus on technique and movement. Gonna relax with Netflix for the rest of the night. Can someone please hook me up with a name of an excellent tv-show?

I moved here two days after winning my first world championship in 2016. One of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. For me, it’s like the nature do the inhale and exhale part for you. Wonderful, isn’t?
Was in charge of todays lunch session. Great job done by everyone who attended ✌🏻🐝✔️
I believe in setting goals and work hard to reach them. In August last year I suffered a serious injury in my abdominal and two stress fractures on both my groins so it was talk about retiring from track & field. For several months I could hardly get out of bed without crawling out. My biggest fear was when I could feel a sneeze building up because of the pain it would cause. In February I decided to move back to Sweden and leave my coach and Florida behind, my stomach was still hurting but I was so focused on getting healthy to compete in the Europeans in Berlin. In the middle of April I was finally pain free and I could assume training again. Without a coach I had to do my own training programs which I’ve never done before. Normally I have around 45 weeks to get ready for the championship but this time I had 16 weeks to prepare. I’m happy to say that I made my goal. I competed at the European Championships in Berlin, not only did I compete I also made it to the finals and finished seventh in Europe. This is proof that if you work hard and focused anything is possible!
