Wresting is the best cardio ever. Bored of running? Give it a try sometime. Good for muscle endurance and flexibility. You don't have to be an expeet to get a good work out. Just keep moving as long as you can and kerp rest times to a minimum

Running is not always about pace and Ks being clocked (well most of the time it is about that especially when you don’t know how to take it “easy”) sometimes it’s about getting into mode where you really don’t want to give up. Today was all about that after 14 hour long work day and speaking endlessly you don’t really want to wake up at 4 , you want to give up and just sleep some more or even better open that demonic app on phone known as Netflix. That’s exactly what I wanted to do today but that little voice in head which pesters to go out to get job done was quite strong so I went to gym to torture treadmill. Somehow hotel gym is equipped with worst ventilation system so it’s was tough day out there ........ so happy to didn’t give up .... perseverance can be addictive. #melbmara training. #klrunning
Single Arm KB OHS 60lbs, 4th set . Getting more comfortable in an OHS position. I still have a tendency to get a lil’ toesy, but overall I was happy with these. . 4 sets of 3 each arm, superset with 3 depth jumps over a hurdle. I got right into these after my warmup. . Any thoughts on technique?
