Inner peace does not have to equate to consistent displays of stereotypical outer peace. Literal meanings are old hat. Read between the lines. The desire to control, has many a guise, and sometimes the very people who claim to want to help you, are the ones who are in fact, doing the opposite. Despite what some 'spiritual' gurus will tell you - there are some situations in life, that require the breaking of old walls - through the fearless establishment of new boundaries. The kind of boundaries that scare people who like to sit in ivory towers - dictating and sucking people's energy centres dry - like leeches with a smile. •
Darkness exists for a reason, and will always continue to do so. Negative energy (just like positive), IS the divine energy you all try to seek. Negative energy makes up half of your being as a whole, so avoiding it only means avoiding yourself, and at least half of what exists within the universe / your mind. Negative energy is destructive - but it isn't a bad thing like some people would have you believe. Negative energy smashes through the walls that cage you, and kicks outdated and oppressive paradigms out of the way. Making way for REAL growth. Not the fake, highlight reel kind that gets shoved in to people faces, by those who know very little about themselves, or how the world works. •
So, rather than shining your light on already well lit places - why not shine it on the things you've been avoiding? Breathe deeply, and open the cupboard. Yeah, so a couple of 'demons' might fall out, but it's not like they weren't already lurking. I don't know about you, but being stalked for life by a shadow I can't see, doesn't sound particularly appealing. Rather than having fear dictate the rest of my life, I'd rather face the discomfort of a spring clean.
