"Why are all of my customers annoying senior citizens one day closer to the grave." "My customers are thugs. They probably stole the vehicles they came in." "Only dumb broads with low IQ's shop at my store". These are all the words of store owners said to staff while the exact customers they just judged and stereotyped were shopping. Some were even within earshot of the owner. Do you wonder why these exact same businesses have horrible online reviews and reputations for nasty service? A few months later all four were looking to hire consultants to figure why revenues were down. These owners talk down about their customers regularly and encourage staff to do the same. They assume customers are fleecing them based on the color or their skin. They ignore people based on being too old. The list goes on. In this age, bosses and staff like these get called out regularly and shown lashing out on cell videos. Next thing you know nobody who originally went there goes back. Now that same boss will no longer be in business soon. Remember to treat all your customers with respect and have your staff do the same.
