Have you ever tried riding an Elliptigo?
An Elliptigo is great if you enjoy training outside. It’s a little like a cross trainer you might use in a gym. Unlike a cross trainer though this requires a great deal of balance and unlike a bike there’s no saddle! So you can’t sit down which means it’s much harder on the legs and especially the glutes.
It’s great for injury rehabilitation, particularly runners who enjoy running outside but need to avoid impact during an episode of injury.
It also adds another dimension to your training, challenging your body in a new way.
But best of all, it’s simply good fun!
