Comp prep started, signed up for the Crow Hill Open in 3 weeks just to get back on the platform again.
Added the dynamic start back into snatches again, consistency in technique isn't quite there but 90%+ moved far better than I thought it would.
Missed 111kg twice on the first two tries (stupid misses) then made it 4 times in a row. Then singles at 114kg and 116kg on the first tries each. All felt easy and stopped there, I'll push the weights more this weekend if possible.
Then front squat singles up to 168kg with drop sets after. After only doing back squats the past 2 months, front squats felt a little odd and need more time to get used to them again.
