EMS is the elicitation of muscle contraction using electric impulses. The plus point is that a 20minute workout in the EMS suit is deemed more effective than a typical hour’s of workout.
The electrical impulses stimulate deliberate muscle tension without bearing any weight hence it works the muscles harder yet safely.
