This is my breakfast for my Anti Inflammatory Week. It has oats, barley, flax, wheat, quinoa, and rye. Not a lot of flavor, but something is crunchy in it. I sort of like it, with just a little almond milk - I was surprised! It is easy to make, too! Use the pouch to measure the water, then 2 minutes in the microwave. Seems like something the Roman Soldiers would have eaten.

Wake: Coffee with Almond Milk and Stevia.
B: Oatmeal with Whole Grains.
L: Green Pepper Casserole.
D: Roasted Fish and Cauliflower.
