online: -heat: 3 tbsp unsalted butter, 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic for one minute (garlic burns easily) -add shrimp sauté for 5 minutes -move from heat add lemon, lemon zest, and red pepper
-pour over cooked pasta and enjoy 😎
-salt and pepper to taste! .
