First time making cheesy beef “chili”🌶 so good. Again, I don’t actually measure anything so its all to taste. •ground beef
•green pepper •3/4 box gluten free elbow mac •minced garlic
•tomato sauce 1 can
•diced tomatoes 1 can
•garlic salt •onion powder
•turmeric •soy sauce 1tbs
•Himalayan salt
•bay leaves •3cups water •mild shredded cheddar cheese
Cook ground beef, drain if needed, add the rest besides noodles, cook covered 10-15 minutes on med heat, add noodles, cook another 15-20 minutes, add more water if needed, add cheese and enjoy 😊

Shrimp scampi college edition (elbow noodles)! I got high fiber noodles and they taste no different but have good health benefits! I used @foodnetwork recipe from
online: -heat: 3 tbsp unsalted butter, 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic for one minute (garlic burns easily) -add shrimp sauté for 5 minutes -move from heat add lemon, lemon zest, and red pepper
-pour over cooked pasta and enjoy 😎
-salt and pepper to taste! .
