Welcome to Day 5️⃣ of #PropsReloaded from #TheYogaMatrix 😎 I am your operator today! I bring you #EkaPadaNeoasanaII which is, of course, a modified EPK2. I was able to eradicate the splits virus 💻 that was affecting every pose and thus took the splits out of EPK2. While EPK2 is a one legged arm balance dedicated to the sage Koundinya, EPN2 (for short) is a one legged arm balance dedicated to Neo. 😎The key difference (if any 😆) is to position the supporting leg in a manner that mimics flight. I'm using canes; however, you are free to modify as you see fit on whatever props you are comfortable with (blocks, books, floor, etc.). Please make sure your props are stable and stay safe (speaking of which I was on a platform in the middle of the roof. I was not close to the edge.)
This pose was inspired by the closing scene of The Matrix. Neo places a call 📞to the mainframe and says:
"I know you're out there. I can feel you now. I know that you're afraid. You're afraid of us. You're afraid of change. I don't know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it's going to begin. I'm going to hang up this phone, and then I'm going to show these people what you don't want them to see. I'm going to show them a world without you, a world without rules and controls, without borders or boundaries, a world where anything is possible. Where we go from there, is a choice I leave to you."
He then hangs up the phone and flys away.
