Flying into my day with bub!
Last week I shared a passage with my students on how we are constantly living our lives in and out of love. We have good intentions, but then things happen that throw us off and we fall out of that loving space. This am started great for me but then I was stuck in 45 minutes of traffic for a trip that usually takes me 10! I felt my anxiety and the grouchiness rising thinking of all the things I needed to get done. I eventually got to my training session and shared my frustration with the crew there. I started exercising and let that sh*t go! Honestly, moving my body always helps me to wash away any funk that may be coming up. And secondly I CHOSE to shift. Why be upset over something we can’t control right?! In the grand scheme, does it really matter? There is so much worse in life for us to be upset over. We woke up, we are breathing, we get a new chance to be amazing! End of story. Decide who you want to be and when those out of love moments come, SHIFT! Don’t allow yourself to stay there. We all get to choose how we feel. Sometimes we don’t take enough credit for our feelings.
