I'm back y'all! I know I don't update this as much anymore, but I'm really trying my hardest to get back into it. Recently I have gone to the doctors and found out I weighed 293.4 lbs. My heart shattered because I thought I had been doing well with going to the gym and eating well. I went into a small bit of depression but my friends helped me remind myself that it happens sometimes. More recently, I have completed a study that one of the graduates here at school was conducting. It combined different types of lifts for arms and legs, as well as worked out other parts of my body as well. Hopefully it will help me become a better rugby player as well. I have began running on the treadmill, which you would NEVER EVER see me do in a million years until one of my captains started coming to the gym with me and motivated me to run in intervals of however long I could. I started off with 30 seconds, 45 seconds, a minute, and I am now at a minute and a half to almost two minutes!!! I'm seeing great progress in my running ability, but eating healthy is still something that is holding me back a bit. I like carbs and sugar too much y'all, what can I say? 🤷🏻♀️ Rugby has also started back up and I can't wait to get to practicing!
