W2D2. For someone who's 'supposed' to have some semblance of intellegince, I can be a massive idiot. Can squat 3x bodyweight, can't lie down on a bench without tweaking a muscle. Strained something hectic in my trap just trying to lie down and like a moron, benched the reps anyway. Coupla days recovery and some pizza, should be back to bearable pain. Benched 4x5 @95 followed by 2x3 @120 slingshot which will most likely be my opener for nationals. Did some light accessories and left.
