Having no spotter just means I have to work a little harder. It means there won't be any Ego Lifting . If you can't get it out the hole on your own, then you won't be lifting that weight today 😆😆. These 85lbs were my max today. any thing over could get me an injury, especially using free weights over your head. #droptheweight and do what you "really" can 💯💯. 2) Cable glute pull-throughs (light): 5x12 (paused)
3) Good mornings: 4x15
4) Elevated reverse lunges (moderate weight): 4x12

I thought after some time off I would come back and ol' Lego hair would have found some range of motion, I couldn't have been more wrong. Lifts like this are by no means a feat of strength, rules and guidelines exist for the reason of properly judging and comparing lifts.
Squats - hip crease below top of knee
Deadlift - from floor to lock out, no hitching
Benchpress - bar must touch chest, controlled lift, no bouncing, feet on floor, ass stays on bench.
It's really simple. Stop hash tagging powerlifting, you do not powerlift. Same with model strength and personal trainer, you're literally none of those. #fakeballinforthegram

Maximum ego lifting gym fuckery. Anderson squat with 350kg off pins ~ 360kg at lockout. Got to overload the overload to confuse the body right? Hood up to be a tunnel vision ninja.
As ridiculous as these are can your core stabilise and brace under 360kg?

Discovered I can back squat again without pain so worked up to 180kg ~ 200kg squat with chains. Deloading the bottom incase I had any issues. Injury feels 90% healed just staying away from deadlifts for the time being.

190KG(ish) Banded-Conventional Deadlift / 130KG + 40KG + 20KG / 65.0KG Bodyweight.. Don't know the 100% correct weight on the lock-out since it's pretty hard to measure like this but it's between 188 and 192 at the lock-out! Pretty happy about this! Want 150kg with the bands at the end of this deadlift cycle! Then moving to the floor 100% Normal
style and going for 180kg.

TALK ABOUT BENCH EVERYONE HAS A STORY.BRING UP SQUAT AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN PEOPLE HAVE KNEE PROBLEMS.

IN early days of training till i started competing i also did legs in a very haphazard manner. I didnt followed any schedule everytime i wanted to train them but end up loading tonns of weights on leg press #egolifting# doing squats also heavy no load on legs and by the night my lower back ache started. As i didnt knew the proper form and techniques which muscle groups involved in it and so thats why I wasn't able to feel the burn and no improvements. But from past two years i have improved a lot in my lower body. And now I am getting ready for next year . One of my major key focus is legs . Today i did my first full fledged leg session since october as I am having very bad joint pains frin past 2 months . But now i am rwcovering well hopefully from Jan i will train fullblown. But you will never see me posting squats 200 kg for reps yes i can do more than that but the form and techniques which learned tells me not to focus on weight and just lift it from A to B using any pace and momentum. In bodybuilding we need to make stress and tention in muscles and muscles dint know weight...they just need tention with proper form ..yes i do heavy once a week bit not superheavy..not my cup of tea and i am also not any IFBB PRO .But trust me it helped me a lot . I will be posting my leg progress pics and videos and soon i will upload all the techniques which i use and protocol which i follow. May be it can help any of you also.

Given it some thought and I realized that despite the fact that I’m 14lbs lighter, i haven’t really lost much strength. I may have even gained some. When I attempted 545 last summer (2017) i couldn’t even budge the weight. But now I can easily get the weight off the floor. I’m gonna take it one step at a time, now that I can break the floor easily with 545 and maybe even 555lbs it’s time to work on my lockout. I realized after failing 535 yesterday that my lower back is insanely stronger than my upper back, which is why I tend to fold up like a pancake when I pull heavy weight. So now it’s time to up that upper back 💪 (this is 535 in the picture tho)
