Little update: I am FINALLY starting to see progress in my digestion and less bloating from the small changes I've been making to my diet and eating habits!
The best changes so far seem to be switching my iron tablets (I was taking a cheap brand that was way too aggressive on my gut), managing my stress levels (I'll do a separate post on how I'm achieving this!) and reducing my daily fibre intake.
It's all a work in progress and a matter of trial and error, but I'm happy to see I'm making some improvements already 🙏🏻. I've done a full day of eating on my stories today for those interested
