Now self care is just apart of my routine that I look forward to. I follow YouTube videos now. Drink ketones and BCCA'S . I track my progress for myself and not to show for 21, 30 or 60 days. I would always be disappointed when I didn't see much change.
I try different things for self care now, oils, sometimes gym classes, walks, music, nights out with friends.
