Warm pigeon #salad . Oh lord!! Loved the inventiveness. Pigeon was lightly seared and juicy, and the spring touch of pansies was so pretty 😻.. the red #wine-poached egg was interesting. Had an almost liver-like taste, and the #egg itself had an onsen texture. Paired with the air-dried #sussex ham, I loved the hint of anchovies .. and that raspberry vinaigrette with #pinenuts . Very filling.
