With the enormous growth of Seattle in the past few years, new businesses and residents are flooding the city, but gathering spaces for community building and artistic design are closing left and right. Foundry10 is working in partnership with Nii Modo, a new art venue focused on highlighting underrepresented artists, to hold space for youth from in and around Seattle to present new creative works. If you or a youth you know age 13-19 have visual, interactive or performing art you want to show the world, Everyday Unseen is for you.
We hope that Everyday Unseen will model what a community art space that centers youth could look like. In doing so, we invite all members of the community to come support these local artists.
To submit to the gallery fill out the application from by going to the link on our bio or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
Accepted artists will receive $50 participant stipend. Tag a youth artist below! Spread the word!
