Are you in synch with Nature? Ultimately we are part of nature and need to abide by her rules. The more you disconnect from nature and how it intended us to live, the more disconnected you feel in yourself. I believe this is one of the most common sources of dissatisfaction in life. When was the last time you walked on the ground in bare feet, swam in the ocean, walked in the forest, slept outdoors, experienced silence of nature. All these elements are highly therapeutic. Then you need to consider what you are putting in your mouth. How far removed from nature is it?
Finally you need to think what is your living situation. Is it linked to nature or concrete? We all have our life situation but offset it with regularly immersing yourself in nature if you don't live IN nature.
