Current weight: 171lbs... finally broke into the 170's at a solid weight.
Aftermath of working outside today. No shirt to get some rays & toughen my torso/arms with carrying rocks to impose a little discomfort on myself.
My outside workouts consist of tree pulls up, bear hugging 170lb & a 145lbs rock for distance or squatting and deadlifting them.
Over head carries with a 65lb rock or throwing it over head, kart wheels, animal movements, curling a pipe, sprints & jogging etc.
I do a lot of walking too, & there's days I'll put on my weighted vest(20lbs) & tie a railroad fastener(20lbs) & speed walk for 15-25 mins
All this supplements my calisthenics, training in the gym, keeps me stimulated, keeps me athletic and efficient at everyday life task.
The point of this besides showing my gains, is to show there's several ways to stay in shape, to build muscle, lose fat, be more efficient etc with good eating habits.
Without focusing on 1 aspect ,or method of training/working.
