MPASI Edamame

MPASI Organik untuk Si kecil pemberian ASI yang tidak disertai MPASI bergisi cukup akan membuat tubuh kembang Si kecil tidak optimal. Dalam hal ini, memanfaatkan bahan pangan orgaik sebagai bahan dasar MPASI bisa menjadi alternatif lain. Bahan pangan organik dinilai memiliki banyak keunggulan dibandingkan bahan pangan regular.

Kandungan zat gizi pada bahan pangan organik lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan bahan pangan regular. Begitu pula dengan kandungan gulanya sehingga tidak membutuhkan penambahan gula dalam proses pengolahannya. Selain itu, sayur dan buah organik memiliki kandungan antioksidan dan polifenol yang lebih tinggi 10 - 50% dibandingkan dengan buah dan sayur regular.

Salah satu sayur yang bisa untuk MPASI bergisi yaitu edamame. diolah menjadi Pure Kentang Edamame. Kandungan serat 100 gram edamame setara dengan satu iris gandum. Kini, bayi 6-9 bulan anda bisa menikmatinya. Pilih yang masih muda, rebus lalu kupas kulitnya. Haluskan atau cincang halus dan campur bersama makanan lain.

Bahan:
50 gram edamame
100 gram kentang
100cc ASI atau 3 sendok takar susu formula
100cc air matang

Cara membuat:
Rebus 50 gram edamame, haluskan menggunkan blender. Sisihkan. Rebus 100 gram kentang, haluskan dengan menekan-nekan hingga halus.
Tambahkan kentang dengan 100cc ASI perah atau 3 sendok takar peres susu formula yang dilarutkan dalam 100cc air matang dan edamame halus. Aduk rata.
Unruk 2 porsi.

Nilai Gizi (per porsi):
Energi: 90 kilo kalori
protein: 4 gram
Lemak: 2 gram
Karbohidrat: 15 gram

Untuk bayi 6-9 bulan

Pesto noodle dEATz:
2oz (56g) dry @explorecuisine edamame noodles cooked. 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half & 2 tbsps shredded mozzarella.
Pistachio pesto {makes 1-2 servings} mix in blender:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar

I am going to teach you how to make one of my favorite dishes: Vadouvan shrimp stir fry.
It's super easy, and tastes DELICIOUS.
There's a couple of ingredients that you may not have in your pantry, but can easily be found at a grocery store or online. One is the Vadouvan Curry blend. You can make it (they have ingredient lists online) or you can buy it online. I got mine from spice jungle (they call it French Curry). The udon noodles I just got from Kroger. I've tried lots of different udon noodles and these are my favorite.
Most of the time I eyeball things and don't measure. But for this recipe I use roughly:
20 medium shrimp
2tbsp Vadouvan Curry
Veggies of your choice (I usually use edamame, carrots, mushrooms)
Gojuchang to taste (optional) can find in international aisle in grocery store
Sesame oil (roughly 1tbsp for noodles, 1 tbsp for veggies)
1 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
Garlic, minced (I usually use a lot, but 1 tsp is probably fine)
1 tsp minced ginger
Soy sauce to taste

Bring a pot of salted water to boil and boil the noodles for 5 minutes. Strain, and then toss with 1 tbsp sesame oil to prevent sticking. Then, take the tails off of the shrimp if they have them, and coat the shrimp in the Curry powder.
Put a pan on high, drizzled with about 2 tbsp of olive oil, and cook the shrimp on high about 2 minutes per side. Remove to a separate plate.
Drizzle another 2 tbsp of oil in the pan and add the veggies, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes of high (you get some nice color that way) and then add 1 tbsp sesame oil and gojuchang (if you choose to use). Cook until veggies are done to your liking, this will all depend on exactly which veggies you choose.
Add the shrimp back, mix with the veggies, and add the sweet chili sauce. I also add about 1 tbsp soy sauce because I really like soy sauce 😉 cook for 30 seconds to a minute to incorporate everything and then serve over the noodles. You can top with sesame seeds. *Sambal oolek would work just fine in place of the gojuchang
(Side note: the Curry Shrimp part was inspired by a blue apron recipe, but everything else is me)

Vale a pena uma passada em água corrente, porque ninguém quer sashimi com escama né?!? Retire as espinhas com ajuda de uma pinça própria para isso (vende em lojas de produtos domésticos), não tem erro, passe as pontas dos dedos sinta a espinha e puxe com a pinça.
