🌱How? Become intimate with your skin. Take time to feel it, look closely at it, check it when you wake up, after you put on make up, after you wash your face and before you go to bed. Do that for a few days and see how paying attention to your skin will help you to determine how to feed it.
🌱Before getting my skin to a point where I could feel confident without wearable my makeup, I used to do affirmations while spending time with my skin. My favorite one that I say day: “Lord, let me glow wherever I go!”
