Równo 2 lata temu przyszedłem do @cf3m. Początki były całkiem śmieszne - przysiad i martwy ciąg z 70kg były wyzwaniem gdzie obecnie jest to odpowiednio 140 i 165kg 😅😅Oczywiście porwałem się z motyką na słońce, bo przyszedłem od razu do grupy adv, jednak znając siebie, gdyby nie porządny wpierdziel od samego początku, to zapewne po chwili bym to olał.
Obecnie mamy jedną z najlepszych kadr szkoleniowych w Polsce, jeżeli chodzi o prawidłowe programowanie crossfitu. Brak kontuzji u ludzi trenujących tylko może to potwierdzic:))

HOW SKINNY GUYS CAN BUILD MUSCLE

If you're a skinny guy, you need a different approach to build muscle than the "average" guy. Your metabolism is faster than a Delorean going back to 1985. The more you eat, the more your metabolism speeds up, but it's a race you can win. Here's how:
-
Eat 3 solid food meals per day. Take a dinner plate and fill 1/4 of the plate with protein (meat, fish, eggs, etc), 1/4 of the plate with starchy carbs (potatoes, rice etc), and half the plate with vegetables.

Between meals, drink 3 supershakes per day containing 1 scoop of whey isolate, nuts, spinach, water, and a frozen banana.

Lift weights 3x per week using a full body workout. Each workout, try to get stronger in each and every lift.

On top of this, sleep at least 7 hours per night and take 5g of creatine per day.

I almost didn't post this #FlexFriday pic because I was like "ughhhh why do my arms look so tiny?! 😩" But now I'm saying screw that. I had the most chaotic summer and I didn't stick to my regular 5x a week gym schedule and I didn't keep my nutrition on point, but I'm back and I didn't throw it all away and give up. I'm on the verge of a head cold and I'm tired as heck, but I still showed up and I've been busting my butt for weeks to get back in the swing of things. So yeah, I'm looking flat and my muscles aren't as full as they were a few months ago. But I'm here, so screw it. I'm normally all about the "don't let life get in the way of your goals." But let's face it, sometimes life gets in the way and priorities get moved around. THAT'S OKAY. So here I am, flexing my little bitty stick arms. But I'm here. 💪
