La mia trasformazione dal 2011 ad oggi, sono diventato castano! 😅😂😂 scherzi a parte.. Ho una struttura ectomorfica (fisico longilineo, arti lunghi e magri, vita stretta, metabolismo molto veloce e ossatura medio fina) sono quel tipo di persona che non ingrassa MAI, nemmeno sotto Natale. Anzi, perdo etti!
Per quanto riguarda la dieta, non ho mai seguito uno schema preciso. Negli anni ho migliorato la qualità del cibo (aumentato l'apporto proteico) ma senza diventare uno schiavo delle calorie e delle porzioni.

Ho capito che l'allenamento è molto molto importante (nel mio caso più della dieta) e bisogna sempre cercare nuovi stimoli... stimoli efficaci che ho trovato praticando in questi ultimi anni la Ginnastica a Corpo Libero (calisthenics)
Alla fine dei conti, l'importante è stare bene con sé stessi ed essere felici.

Those who have done some fitness research might have come across these words before. Very loosely put - an ectomorph is a typically ‘thin person’, with a fast metabolism and does well at running and yoga; a mesomorph is typically muscular without trying too hard, has a moderate metabolism and does well at high intensity sports; an endomorph typically has a larger frame, struggles to lose fat and does well at endurance sports. These categories are just a ‘renaming’ of aged concepts. In Ayurveda it relates to vata, pitta and kapha. In Unani Tibb it relates to melancholic, bilious, sanguine and phlegmatic. I have found these concepts useful in learning how to get the most out of my training and eating habits. However, the complexities of humans do not allow us to be simplified completely into categories. If you want to know the best training for your body it is best to go for genetic testing.
