As development partners in the achievement of Nigeria's Financial Inclusion goals for 2020 and beyond, we are stoked about this session and look forward to being a part of this!! @Regran_ed from @lehlelalumiere - In July of 2018, the Central Bank of Nigeria announced that Nigeria was not on track to meet the 2020 80 % financial inclusion target set out in the National Financial Inclusion Strategy (NFIS) of 2012. The impediments to achieving this target have been ascribed to economic constraints, insecurity issues, obsolete strategies, among others.
I am pleased to announce that the financial inclusion team at @businessdayng will be hosting and organizing a financial inclusion session at the Nigerian Economic Summit entitled Breaking the financial inclusion barrier: The way forward for Nigeria.
This session will include a keynote speech from a very special guest, an insightful presentation and the opportunity for in depth discussion and analysis.
Look forward to seeing you all there, especially all my Abuja friends.
October 23rd at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel @transcorphotelsplc
