So my intention for November is - to stay GROUNDED and I'm inviting you to share it with me...
For me, the simplest way to do this is by returning to my breath and so I'd like to share this little exercise with you:👇🏼
Simply stop and take five conscious, slow, deep breaths. Do this three times a day and whenever you feel like life is rushing on ahead....and that's it.
Its a way of checking in with yourself, listening to your body again. It slows you down and keeps you present and here.
So use your breath as an anchor whenever you need to, to help you stay grounded and calm this month.
