Some updates... From the weight you have seen me lift in the past this is going backward, but from where I was just two weeks ago this is a huge win for me. 315 felt like a mountain, and I was psyching myself out and questioning where did it all go. However, some consistency and multiple specific sessions to target strength on an EOD Push Pull Routine has me gaining strength again, and fast. My injuries are still nagging and not 100%, but I am not going to sit here let it get the best of me. I am working with multiple people to help fix issues on my body, form, and mobility as I regain my strength. This is a do-over for me, but the outcome will be sweet. It is not perfect today, but I strive for it each time I touch the bar fixing small things and giving effort with a goal specific desired outcome.
before you ask... Back Squats... 405 for 4 Current Max.... Yes, I have done 20 before, so yes I am far from where I have been, but i will get back there.
Front Squats. Yes, I have done 405 Front Squats before, and yes I am very far from that here as well, but it is an attempt, and with effort and consistency with good programming it will be a matter of time before I hit it again.
EYE IN THEY SKY.
-- Back Squats, Knees caving in tells me I have to work more stability .. Fix unilateral movements and constant tension.
Ankles are also buckling in.. Mobility and or lack of it need more and focus on sitting on heels pushing from my glutes -- Front Squat, Mobility in the rack position so I can get rid of these training wheels(Wraps). I decided to do them this way, as I was not training them before and or very light as I was only trying an actual rack position, but that only hurt my strength, so they are back in the routine and I will work to get them right.
