This cheese dip is actually a little bit extra special because the hot sauce in it came from a friend. He made a white habanero hot sauce and gave me some to try. It went absolutely perfect in the cheese dip and just makes it a little more special. There will be a new YouTube video up tomorrow. Sending you all lots of love 😘😘😘😘

Lunch yesterday if you need some inspo for today 🙌🏼🐟 Took a breather from the gram for a bit to focus on clients and new business opportunities and for myself. To breath and re-center. My body knows when I'm out of balance and will always tell me when to slow down and recharge.
Balancing it all requires FUEL and this girl needs protein and healthy fat. Wild salmon, avocado, sunflower seeds, @organicgirl romaine lettuce, @jilzcrackerz and my maple citrus dressing (recipe in my last salmon post).

Thankful for friends and family who have signed up for a meal train to bring me homemade and prepared dinners for my family while I heal at home. I'm currently a faint risk due to my blood count so that on top of having 3 major surgeries, including the last, a hysterectomy, I am basically having to be babysat by my husband 24/7. Not allowed to be alone and really not able to be unattended due to physical restrictions and pain. So my poor husband has the weight of the world on him right now, having to care for 3 people in ways he's never had to before. My sister cooked a huge Costco sized container of steak for me to reheat when needed. I guided my husband from my couch, on how to make this iron and collagen rich meal for lunch pretty easily with my sister's help. The advantage of eating real food is how simply it can be put together. The mashed potatoes were made with @bonafideprovisions frontier bone broth, @tinstarfoods ghee and @redmondrealsalt onion salt and pepper. The steak was reheated with the same frontier bone broth to keep it moist and add extra collagen. I will take all the tissue repair help, good bacteria building and iron as I can get right now as I heal from surgeries. #fuckingbelieveinyourself

It was a close call between this and Burger King // 🥗 = not a whopper.
I'm exhausted for so many reasons right now, and I'm coaching myself 99% of the time through urges to stress-eat and tired-eat
Wanting all the 🍔🍟🍕🍭🍰🍫 as if grease and sugar will hold me together until life slows down...
but that's what the "old me" would have done, and I've worked too hard to go back to those useless coping mechanisms that don't solve anything.
"New me" is accepting that a salad is DEFINITELY NOT a whopper and that's okay 👌🏼 Proud to have come to know myself well enough to recognize when I'm in the right headspace for moderation, and when I just can't even 🙅🏼 // #healthychoicesmatter #doyou

baked turmeric chicken [in a ziplock bag add 2 tbsp turmeric, 1 tbsp curry powder, 1-2 tbsp nooch, 1 tsp cayenne, garlic powder, @sfsaltco pink Himalayan sea salt, pepper. Place chicken breast + 1 tbsp @primalkitchenfoods avo oil inside, zip bag closed and shake well. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min or until no longer pink inside. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top! 😋 bed of green, raw beets, carrots, avo, almonds, steamed broccoli, hemp seeds+ coconut lime tahini (few posts back) + actually ended up having @healthwarrior pumpkin seed honey cracked pepper turmeric superfood bar while dictating the last KUBs of my body rotation (find @healthwarrior superfood bars @target! SO good and made with simple ingredients🙌🏼) 🍃

How cool is this? Floating Markets! We've explored Damnoen Saduak, the most popular floating market in Thailand, great for photo opportunities, food, and for giving you an insight into a bygone way of life 🚣 I saw plenty of boats full of green goodies, lovely women and fruits 🌱 Apparently an early morning start is worth it to avoid the heat and catch Damnoen Saduak at its liveliest. Most visitors who come to Thailand want to visit a floating market and many of them will end up here. Don't let that put you off though, it's an enjoyable morning out of the city and if you avoid the tourist shops you can get a real sense of the place. The market is over an hour outside Bangkok, and the easiest way to get there is to join a tour. #bangkok
