Today I made Meatball Parm Sliders on pillowy brioche rolls. My husband said these were the BEST meatballs he’s EVER HAD! High praise indeed from a New Jersey Italian! As usual I looked at 9 or 10 different recipes online and then just went with what felt right to me. As my family always says, I should really start writing things down. Like really 🤦🏻♀️ Spontaneity is great, but c’mon, my fans are clamoring for recipes!
