The quest to get the nation to lead a healthy lifestyle, reduce risk of preventable diseases through diet and exercise and provide knowledge and evidence based information to advise and nurture the public of the risks of poor eating habits, too much saturated fat, sugar and processed foods. The test tubes I am holding are showing what saturated fat looks like if you have too much of it in your body and what I have demonstrated is a quick healthy energising SMOOTHIE-SPINACH, AVOCADO, HANDFUL OF FROZEN BERRIES AND SOME DAIRY FREE YOGHURT.
