Einfach einen Apfel zu Mus verarbeiten mit gemahlenen Nüssen mischen, diese "Creme" dann eventuell etwas süßen und auf eine #lizza streichen. Zusammen rollen und 1,5cm dicke Schnecken abschneiden. Diese Schnecken auf Backpapier auflegen. Das ganze hatte ich dann bei 180°C , 15 Minuten gebacken. Mit Zimt bestreuen oder in #zuckerfreie Schokolade tunken 😍 Genießen!

▫️Heading out to the pool with my littlest guy and I'm wearing this orange tankini top for the first time. ▫️ I bought it for a trip we took to the Bahamas almost four years ago. I weighed 280 at the time and I thought I'd be able to lose enough to get into this top before our trip. I only ended up losing 15 lbs and I couldn't even get the top on, let alone wear it. ▫️Feels pretty dang sweet to be able to wear it today. ☺️🙌🏻❤▫️#throwbackthursday

These were few of my meals yesterday along with dosas and a plate of tandoori chicken (homemade) poha being my fav gives iron and its filling too. Mid morning snack made of colocasia leaves,the health benefits are so many that ill have to write a separate post about these leaves,kadhi chawal for lunch and chicken for dinner!! Week 9, zero pounds lost. On we went to the state fair and I partook in a once in a lifetime treat: a deep fried Oreo! And while it was delicious it was not worth the zero pounds I lost this week. 🤣
So the moral of the story is don't have a cheat day and expect to lose weight. 😜

For dinner I had currywurst (bratwurst with a pinch of curry and sugar free ketchup) and some iceberg salad. Easy-peasy but super yummy! 👌🏻

After having a baby it seems that the sole purpose of a mom’s existence is to be the milking grounds for their little bundle of joy. It is overly impressive to see moms reach out and ask about starting AIM while having a newborn.

Leftovers for lunch 🙂

Breakfast again. Today with a heaped tsp. butter. This could really become my favorit 🤤 Still need to work on the amount of carbs from the heavy whipping cream (any ideas for substitution?) and I need to cut down the amount of chocolate flavor (contains artificial sweetener)... 🤔 But it's a start.

Chickpea flour bread toasted sandwich with coriander mint chutney
So I wanted to eat a sandwich for breakfast today but since I quit bread what do I do? I make my own bread from chickpea flour and grill a sandwich of it and it's yummy, delicious and yes healthy too.
