Judi's Weight Loss Tips ⚡️ Find Your Healthy Rut
One way to start the day right is find a good rut to get into for breakfast. When you know what you will be having and don't have to think about it, you start off your day on track. Having a good start creates a great mindset for the rest of the day. One of my standard breakfasts for years has been a smoothie and I love it. I follow the Eat to Live plan for my daily eating plan and I love getting lots of my GBOMBS in my 1st meal of the day.
I am often asked what is in my morning smoothie and here it is :) -
Everyday it is a variation of the same things. 2 Cups of liquid with almond milk or water. Sometimes half and half and sometimes all of one. 8-10 cups of greens (spinach, mixed greens, power greens, kale etc.) Always 3/4 cup beans, white kidney, cannelloni, pinto, black beans etc. Fruit and normally a banana and 1 Cup blueberries. And 1 T ground flax and then 2 cups ice to make it fuller and get more water :) Cheers!
