Over the years I’ve tried all kinds of diets & ways to eat. Dining out for every meal (wayyyy expensive), microwave meals, counting points, low carb, 100% protein shakes & starving myself out of frustration. I’ve found that it worked somewhat... I wasn’t really happy bc I was limiting myself fro certain food which led me to want that food even more, then I’d binge, feel guilty and start over Monday. Wash, rinse, repeat. 👏 Every 👏 single 👏 week 😫
So I did that until I found the program & eating plan that changed everything and it works bc I still eat this way today 👍 No points, calories or guilt. If I want 🍨, then I eat it and balance it out with other meals. ✅ I’m 35 and I have the rest of my life to live so why not choose happiness & guilt-free? 🤷♀️ Really it’s a matter of choice & controlling your thoughts. Food is just after-thought.
