Woche 10: Am Wochenende war ich on Tour in Berlin und hab es trotz Restaurantbesuch und Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel geschafft, voll im Plan zu bleiben - ein gutes Gefühl 💪 Da ich in der letzten Woche nur 100 Gramm abgenommen habe, muss diese Woche eine Veränderung her. Mein Plan: 1x schwimmen zusätzlich und die Fastentage auseinander legen auf Montag und Mittwoch. Mal gucken was das so bringt. Euch allen auch eine wunderbare und erfolgreiche Woche 😊🧡

Over the years I’ve tried all kinds of diets & ways to eat. Dining out for every meal (wayyyy expensive), microwave meals, counting points, low carb, 100% protein shakes & starving myself out of frustration. I’ve found that it worked somewhat... I wasn’t really happy bc I was limiting myself fro certain food which led me to want that food even more, then I’d binge, feel guilty and start over Monday. Wash, rinse, repeat. 👏 Every 👏 single 👏 week 😫

So I did that until I found the program & eating plan that changed everything and it works bc I still eat this way today 👍 No points, calories or guilt. If I want 🍨, then I eat it and balance it out with other meals. ✅ I’m 35 and I have the rest of my life to live so why not choose happiness & guilt-free? 🤷‍♀️ Really it’s a matter of choice & controlling your thoughts. Food is just after-thought.

Möhren-Kohlrabi-Hackbällchen-Suppe

Zubereitung:
300 g Möhren würfeln
2 Kohlrabi würfeln
2 Zwiebeln würfeln
500 ml Wasser hinzufügen,
mit Salz, Pfeffer und Brühe würzen, kurz aufkochen.

Mettbällchen oder frische Bratwurst ohne Pelle zufügen, Bällchen ziehen in der Suppe ziehen lassen.
Mit etwas Sahne, Schmand oder Creme Fraiche und Petersilie verfeinern.

BUT:
➖ BCAA is made up of 3 essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, valine and actually you need all 9 to grow your muscles so taking just BCAA supplement will have little effect.

➖If you are taking protein supplement (protein drink,bars, powder) they already include BCAA, taking more BCAA than you need doesn’t really provides you further benefits
.
➖If you are taking just BCAA and do workout in fasted state it may even cause muscle breakdown according to the latest research as your body will breakdown remaining 6 amino acids
.
➖BCAA can be easily provided with food (mostly meat and diary products), for vegans it can be more challenging but I would rather go for regular protein supplement rather pure BCAA.

Bottom line it’s more like marketing hype, if you are not on restrictive diet or taking protein supplements anyway, taking BCAA additionally doesn’t really add extra value.

Normally I’d swap out the tortilla shell for a whole wheat version but you know what? Sometimes in life ya just enjoy those little things. I use stevia & almond creamer in my coffee. I enjoy ranch on my salads & wraps. I put sprinkles on my breakfast superfood slushy. No starvation or guilt here. It’s 👏 all 👏 about 👏 #balance ✨❤️🌱😋😁

Mahlzeit. 🎃Kürbis Waffeln mit rote Beete Hummus🎃

Rezept : 🎃 200g Hokkaido weich kochen, anschließend pürieren. 🎃 150 ml Milch (ich habe Soja Milch verwendet) 🎃 150 gemahlene Haferflocken 🎃 1 Ei
🎃 China Gewürz & 1 TL Salz 🎃 1 TL Backpulver 🎃 1 TL Apfelessig ▶ alles in eine Schüssel geben und mit einem Mixer verrühren. ▶ den Teig ein paar Minuten stehen lassen
▶ Waffeleisen mit Rapsöl bestreichen und 2 EL Teig in das heiße Waffeleisen gießen. ▶ ergibt ca. 7 Stück
