Its easy to stay in the realm of mind-based motivation. Reading about making change, hearing about making change, watching information videos about making change. But the real question is, "what habits do you do on a daily basis that contribute to the body, health, and life you want to have?" Are you going to the gym regularly? Are you eating healthy everyday?
