Day off started with a 10.6 mile run followed by breakfast at #tobeys19thhole. When ya burn a thousand calories, you can eat them back without guilt. Their salsa hurts so good. I was mad at my pace, but I cleared the 10 mile mark with juice left in the tank, so overall happy about that. The rock n roll half course ends downhill and all my training has been ending with inclines, so hopefully my pace will be better on race day.
