The creamy combination of the smoothie is made from avocado, honeydew, banana, coconut sugar, and pandan infused coconut milk. We ensured that we stayed true to the spirit of the Es Teler by having wide variety of toppings, albeit, a healthier alternative. The homemade cincau is generated from activated charcoal and coconut water. To replace biji selasih, we made cold pressed beet chia jelly that has similar texture and taste, yet with much more health benefit. And lastly, we top it off as well with fresh jackfruit, strawberries, and coconut meat.
