I always heard that once you have a baby your body isn't the same. That is true to SOME extent for me, but I would honestly prefer my body now than my body before I was pregnant. I think we should change this idea... your body isn't ruined after you have a baby... you just have to start working for the body you want. If you feel good about your body then obviously you shouldn't feel the need to change it. If you complain about it... STOP and starting DOING something to change it. Get excited that your body is capable of CHANGE. You are capable of amazing things. Complaining doesn't get you anywhere... burpees do! Thank you @riverford for your lifesaving recipe boxes • these busy weekends of school and sporting activities at the tail of the summer term don't leave much thinking room for family meals • this new potato and samphire salad with puy lentils was delicious • it said "feeds 2" on the recipe but we have masses of left overs for later today • off to play tennis now for the annual Stack tournament • families from all round the village play on various courts and then come together for the grand finale at the club later this afternoon • that certainly won't be us so we are in it for the social 😘 • hope your plans are shaping up well xx
