Today I’m sharing a short, sharp lower body workout that you can get in and get done in less than 20 minutes + a creamy, dreamy,blueberry chai spiced smoothie 👯🍑💪❤️😅✨🍇🌟

So here's what we are going to do;
.
✳️ 4 exercises
✳️ 8-10 reps each
♻️x 3 rounds
☝️Add/remove weight & rest as needed
✳️Boomshakalocka, done 👊🏻👊👊🏻
.
Aim to do 8-10 reps of each exercise (count reps per leg for lunges & feel free to sub step ups for box jumps if jumping's not your thing) then repeat the entire sequence through for a total of 3 rounds, resting as needed. Sound good?

Nothing complicated, basic movements done with good form for a short but effective lower body workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized ready to take on the rest of your day 💪🏻😅❤️

That glorious and golden orange sesame sauce is the perfect balance of salty and sweet and the chicken itself is succulent , tender and just melts in the mouth 😋❤️👌🏻 .

Seriously so good, happily devoured by the entire family (miss 8 going on 18 proclaimed its deliciousness after every. Single. Bite! ) and it gets bonus points because pretty much cooked itself - with just a handful of ingredients and minimal prep on my part - ahh I love my slow cooker! .
.
You can find the recipe for this edible awesomeness in Nat’s “big book of paleo slow cooking” (pg111) - if you don’t have a copy stop what the doing and go order it already! It’s $17 (on @amazon ) ! And, for those of you with an instant pot, it even comes with a conversion chart so you can do slow cooker or instant pot! ❤️❤️❤️

Quick and easy Thai inspired nourish bowls for dinner tonight 🍗🌶️🥜🍈🥕🍅🥑🥗

In the bowl we have ;
.
🍗 Shredded Chicken (I used leftovers from the whole chicken I cooked in my slow cooker a on the weekend- you could use breast/thighs/tenders or store bought rotisserie 👌🏻) +
🥕 Roasted carrots ,
🎃 Pumpkin &
🍅 Baby tomatoes , which I had I just tossed in @fourthandheart ghee - seasoned with S&P and roasted for 20ish mins when I did my "meal prep" on the Sunday 👍🏻 served with ;
🥑 Avocado served on a pile of
🍃 Mixed salad leaves &
🌟 A with Sweet & spicy Thai inspired dressing which tonight I made with;
✳️ 2 Tbsp of @byronbaypeanutbutter (paleo friends sub nut butter of choice - almond, cashew or sunflower seed butter will all work but BBPB aside, @eatnuttzo powerful is my personal go-to) +
✳️ 1/2 tsp of garlic pwd
✳️ 1/2 tsp of onion pwd
✳️ 1/4 tsp ground ginger
✳️ 1 tsp of maple syrup (or honey)
✳️ a squeeze of lime
✳️ a pinch of red pepper/chili flakes + a pink salt & black pepper ✨💖😋

served with extra 🌶 Red chili & 🌿fresh coriander (cilantro) and a generous sprinkling of @myorganicsfoods sesame seeds for a little extra crunch 👌🏻
