i know way too many people who upon seeing this plate will say, "that looks too healthy! i can't eat it."😑
only if they had a chance to taste this plate full of :
- organic basmati rice - side of flatbread (full of fiber)
- chia seeds on top
and i added "jira jhaneko yellow lentil (dal)" on top of it later, with chili garlic paste 🍚 it was so fucking good 😊 wish you guys could taste it!
don't be like those people. if you know it's healthy for you .. eat it ~ NOURISH your body with more green leafy veggies, vegetables, rice and grains and fruits. your body deserves better and you deserve better. what you eat today matters so much for the future. you may not think of food more than just something you put in your mouth .. but it's a powerful thing.. it's literally a medicine. .
