We're not kidding when we say @alfieskitchenaustralia is one of the best plant-based meals we've ever eaten. only if they had a chance to taste this plate full of :
- organic basmati rice - side of flatbread (full of fiber)
- spinach
- avocado
- tomato
- chia seeds on top
and i added "jira jhaneko yellow lentil (dal)" on top of it later, with chili garlic paste ๐Ÿš it was so fucking good ๐Ÿ˜Š wish you guys could taste it!

I was listening to a podcast on my run this morning and I was so into it until they were shaming fruit for being "so high" in sugar and criticizing people who eat it regularly. while yes, fruit consumed in excessive quantities can absolutely be an overload of sugar, this is still not the information we want to be putting into people's minds, fruit is GOOD for you and unless you have dietary restrictions or have a problem digesting it, you should absolutely eat it! just like most things in life, moderation is key ๐Ÿ”‘
berries provide us with natural antioxidants and our bodies need the help sometimes! no shame in that :)

When you are so excited to eat your food and forget to take a before picture for the recipe. Oh well ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ I did a roasted veggie and chickpea wrap and it was the bomb ๐Ÿ’ฃ

I roasted cabbage, turnip, mushrooms, tomato, chickpeas, and butternut Squash (in 1 tbsp oil). I seasoned them with salt, pepper, and dill. Then I put spinach down on some whole wheat lavish bread, scooped a big heap of the roasted mix, and put it on my panini for a few minutes.
It was incredibly filling too!
