We never use processed chicken in our clusters like others do, we only use hand diced skinless leg and thigh meat which never dries out and always stays moist and juicy after cooking. Like all our other chicken we soak it on our own buttermilk brine before coating in our magic coating of unicorn hair and Kendall Jenner’s dreams. Our recommendation - pair it with the creamy gentle heat of our Sriracha sour cream made with the world’s best hot sauce (fact).
