Zašto izabrati crnu čokoladu? 🤔
➡️Crna čokolada treba da sadrži veliki procenat kakaoa. Seme kakao drveta je jedan od najboljih izvora antioksidansa. Zbog toga je i crna čokolada bogata organskim jedinjenjima koja su biološki aktivna i deluju kao antioksidansi. Tu spadaju polifenoli, flavenoli, katehini... ➡️Kvalitetna crna čokolada je veoma hranljiva. Odličan je izvor mangana, bakra, zatim gvožđa, magnezijuma, kalijuma, fosfora, cinka i selena. Sadrži zasićene i mononezasićene masne kiseline, i malu količinu polinezasićenih. Pored toga, crna čokolada sadrži i stimulanse -》 kofein i teobromin, ali u manjim količinama.
➡️Studije su pokazale da crna čokolada snižava krvni pritisak i poboljšava cirkulaciju, ali ti efekti su uglavnom blagi. ➡️Ali studije su pokazale da kvalitetan kakao prah u crnoj čokoladi značajno smanjuje nivo lošeg holesterola, povećava nivo dobrog i tako smanjuje rizik od kardiovaskularnih bolesti. ➡️Crna čokolada je odlična i za našu kožu. Bioaktivna jedinjena u njoj štite je od sunca i poboljšavaju dotok krvi u kožu. Ako planirate letovanje ili zimovanje, ne zaboravite da ponesete crnu čokoladu sa sobom.
➡️Jedna studija u kojoj su učestvovali zdravi volonteri pokazala je da crna čokolada poboljšava dotok krvi u mozak i jača moždane funkcije.
➡️I da ne zaboravimo, crna čokolada poboljšava i raspoloženje, povećava nivo seratonina, hormona koji deluje protiv depresije, i endorfina, koji daje osećaj zadovoljstva. Takođe, čokolada je poznata i kao dobar afrodizijak. 😉❤

✅2 kašike integralnog speltinog brašna
✅kašičica praška za pecivo
Sjediniti sve sastojke u homogenu smesu (ja sam koristila @nutribulletsrb ). Zagrejati tiganj, premazati ga kokosovim uljem, kašikom formirati palačinke i peći s obe strane.
➡️Palačinke sam premazala lešnikovim puterom i ređala jednu na drugu. Na kraju sam dodala kašičicu meda i kašiku džema od maline. 👌🥞😊❤

🍴🍷 Ενας ακομη εξυπνος και γευστικος τροπος για να προσθεσουμε τα οσπρια στη διατροφη μας.. Υλικα για τα φαλαφελ:
150γρ ξερα ρεβιθια
1/2 κρεμμυδι
1/2 σκελιδα σκορδο
1/4 ματσακι μαϊντανό
1 κ.γλ κυμινο
1 κ.γλ σπορους κολιανδρου
2 με 3 κ.σ ελαιολαδο
Αλατι & πιπερι ή πάπρικα (Τα βαζουμε ολα στο μπλέντερ, σχηματίΖουμε ρεβιθοκεφτεδες με το μιγμα και το αφηνουμε για 2 ωρες στο ψυγειο..τα βαζουμε στους 190° στο φουρνο για 30 με 35 λεπτα, τα αναποδογυρναμε στο ενδιαμεσο)

Τα σερβιρετε με σως γιαουρτιου (στην φωτο σως με 1'κ.σ γιαουρτι, ξισμα λεμονιου, λεμονι και παπρικα) ή με σως ταχινιου.. It's not too often that I cook (more than grilled fish/chicken/turkey and a tray of roast veggies or a toastie). But when I do, it's full of flavour, spices, colour and love.
Dinner with the best of company (in the form of a cross-fit dietitian @louisa_giampaolo)= caramelized onion and cumin brown basmati rice; pumpkin curry, mixed veggie dahl and lamb curry.
This is quite a balanced meal and protein rich. However it's loaded with vegetables and whole grains and some lean red meat.

My dad always made some sort of raw veggie salad/sambal on the side; and my mum always had homemade pickle on the side.
It is possible to cook your curry and eat it too.

Curry powder used is: Cookie's curry powder. Available from Cookie, my mumsy. (And yes, mum's name is Cookie: how legendary are my grandparents!) No kidding she makes the best curry powders and pastes ever. From whole spices and fresh herbs (my dad even grows tumeric, ginger, mint and galagal). Think colour. Eat colour. Eat mostly plants. And some lean meat (if you do). You've got all your bases covered.

➡️Homemade ketchup⬅️
Domaći kečap pravim već godinama sama. Zahteva malo više posla ali se isplati. Ukusom je bolji od kupovnog, a bome i zdraviji.
Sastojci i postupak ⬇️
5 kg paradajza operite, očistite i iseckajte na manje komade. Sipajte ga u šerpu za kuvanje i dodajte oko 4-5 opranih i isečenih paprika (babura, roga - vaš izbor, ukoliko volite ljuti kečap dlobodno dodajte i ljutu papriku). Paradajz i papriku dobro izgnječite rukama i stavite da se kuva. Zatim dodajte 1 iseckan crni luk i 2 čena belog luka, listove celera ili peršuna, pola kasičice cejlonskog cimeta, pola kašičice suvog ruzmarina, malo svežeg ili suvog origana (ja imam sveži u bašti), i izrendajte malo muskatnog oraha u smesu i ostavite da se kuva dok sve ne omekša. Kad se skuva skinite ga sa vatre i ostavite malo da se ohladi (10-15 min). Za to vreme pripremim flašice. Smesu propasirajte da biste dobili glatku teksturu. Kečap stavite ponovo na vatru i kuvajte dok ne dobijete željenu gustinu. Ja sam dobila 9 flašica od golf sokova. Pred kraj dodajte kašičicu senfa koju sjedinimo prvo u kečapu u posebnoj šolji da ne bismo dobili grudvice, i začinimo po želji - šećer, so, biber. Sipamo konzervans (ne treba celo pakovanje, može i pola, nekad stavim i malo više) i kuvamo još nekoliko minuta. Flašice punimo vrućim kečapom, zatvorimo, pokrijemo i ostavimo tako da se polako hladi. 😊
