🍎🍏🍐 Easy Apple-pear bake with oat-quinoa crumble, date caramel and vanilla coconut cream, for two🍎🍏🍐
. 👉Vanilla coconut creme:
🌸1 can Coconut cream (hard part of coconut milk)
🌸2tbs Complete vanilla (all vegan and natural protein powder #CYB) .
🌸2 tbs Coconut oil
🌸5 Apples and pears
🌸Half of the date caramel .
🌸0,5dl butter (coconut oil for vegan)
🌸10 fresh dates .
🌸 2dl oat and quinoa flakes
🌸Half of the date caramel
👉 Start with the vanilla cream. Whip the hard part of coconut milk, add Complete powder. Sweeten with agave if you want it really sweet. Leave in the fridge.
👉Fix the bake. (Pick ingredients from a tree or buy😄), Slice apples and pears.
👉 Mix slices with coconut oil and spices, place in an oven form.
👉 Now the caramel. Pit the dates and smash them with a spoon or squish between fingers. Warm up a pan with the coconut oil/butter and cook with the dates. Mix and smash the ingredients together as they cook, a thick caramel will form. Add a couple of splashes of water for a more liquid consistency (the dates take it in as you mix).
👉 Add half of the caramel with apple slices and mix.
👉 Then crumble. Add the coconut oil and half of the date caramel with the oat and quinoa flakes, or use just oats.
Mix together, add a bit of agave if you want it sweeter and stickier. Spread the crumble on top of the bake.
👉 Bake in 225 celsius, about 20min or until the apples and pears are all soft and the crumble has a nice brown colour😍👌
