Good Morning Saturday! Dessert for breakfast is on the menu. I was craving chocolate cake, so I made healthy chocolate pancakes! 100% vegan/plant based, oil free, gluten free, and dairy free! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ These chocolate cakes are garnished with Chocolate PB fit peanut butter, fresh strawberries, raw cocoa nibs, and shredded coconut.
These pancakes with all the toppings have 55 g of carbs with 12 g of fiber, 9 g of fat, and 13 g of plant powdered protein and 371 calories! The recipe makes for one serving, so no left overs to deal with, but if you want to meal prep for the next week, make as much as you need!

Oh man...tonight was a late dinner!
โ€ข We sat down at the dinner table at 8:30pm! Sometimes thatโ€™s the way life goes! ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
โ€ข The old me would have stopped and grabbed takeout after picking Ryan up from work. I am so thankful that even though it was late, we had a home cooked meal! Now I donโ€™t have the guilt of eating crappy takeout food.
